Knitting Update

Well, as promised, here is a picture of my work in progress. It's not very big, I know, but then I've been a bit busy over the last week and time has been a bit limited. The measurements are 6 inches from left to right, and 1.5 inches top to bottom. There's a long way to go.

Rosie and James are coming to stay with us this weekend. Really looking forward to seeing them again. As a result, blog will be quiet. Until Monday.

Thats great mate, really, well done. Your parents must be so proud.

How does Becky feel about your two new passions of knitting and blogging? Could it get any worse for her?

Until now I still thought it was a joke but you truely are female

Rob, I've just fixed the picture problem. Let men know if it's still a problem on your computer.

Trevor, I'm knitting you a gimp suit for your stag night.

Tim, Becky hates my blogging addiction but doesn't mind the knitting too much. I do get verbal abuse though.

jon - by the looks of things it mights take you a while, but seeing as chunky knits are big this winter - I'd love a nice long cardigan with some big buttons...

I hope you are using fairtrade wool by the way

Bexter, oh yes, it's free range too. I spun it myself from the wool of my wonderful pet sheep Myfanwy.

Jodie, I know, I know, it's taking a long time. How is your knitting going?

Becky doesn't have a blog yet (emphasis on the yet). She is very busy at the moment but likes the idea of setting one up. Fingers crossed and it might be next week. I'm hoping to get Rosie and James in on the fun this weekend as well.

Jon, I'm sorry but I let slip about your little hobby. There were lots of people in the office today and Chris was busy guillotining and I said, 'All we need is Jon with his knitting.'

I didn't know that you hadn't come out to your family.

It's probably better it comes out slowly, bit by bit. Makes it easier for people to accept.

Jon, I'm sorry. It appears you really are a trend setter. You take the lead, and we will follow you. Even your lame assed idea about knitting is the definition of cool in London, just check this out, it was on the BBC London edition of 'Inside Out' this week.
